The Long and Short of It
As it moves into its second decade, TargetSmart is continuing to grow and expand.
The latest addition to the company is the Department of Client Services, which has commenced operation this month.
Led by company founder Paula Kowalczuk and data products team member Frank Worshek, the Department of Client Services will be bringing TargetSmart patrons the “long and short” of company services, both literally and figuratively.
“Our main goals are to promote client satisfaction, resolve issues and help develop a vision for each client.” said Kowalczuk, TargetSmart’s diminutive, yet accommodating executive.
With more than two decades of hands-on political experience, Paula has a vast array of experience in fundraising, advocacy, sales and direct marketing, which gives her the unique background to be able to address the needs of all TargetSmart clients.
Frank may wear the biggest shoes at TargetSmart, but he walks in them quite comfortably as he has led the Voter File Build process at TargetSmart and anchors the company’s Voter Data acquisitions for nearly 250 State Voter File updates per year.
He previously served as a Client Services Director for Catalist, and has experience supporting client use of database tools, data, analytics and other voter data services, making him the ideal person to lead this endeavor at TargetSmart.
