Director of Digital Partnerships
Bill has spent more than twenty-five years optimizing political campaigns with strategic data acquisition and insights. He leads his team with a deep understanding of how to translate data into actionable programs.
As the Director of Digital Partnerships for TargetSmart, Bill manages both partner and client development and relationships for the firm’s digital advertising and outreach products under the umbrella of Voter File 2.0.
During his career, Bill has managed statewide, congressional, legislative and local campaigns across eleven states, with an emphasis on state legislative campaigns and caucuses. He has extensive experience managing voter file projects from acquisition to implementation in all fifty states. During his previous position as the Director of Targeting Services for MSHC Partners he managed the data needs for one of the largest political mail firms in the US.
Previously with TargetSmart, Bill led TargetSmart through an accelerated period of growth as the Director of Business Development. He also oversaw a cycle of outreach programs that included highly targeted direct mail, phones and digital communications for one of the firm’s largest accounts.
Bill is a native of St. Louis, MO and is a graduate of Westminster College in Fulton, MO. He currently lives in Durham, NC.
