When campaigns, non-profits, unions and other organizations want to improve their data infrastructure and their data-driven strategies, Bryan is the person they seek out.
Prior to joining TargetSmart, Bryan served as the chief operating officer for NGP VAN, and advised Democratic and progressive clients in the United States and also abroad, including the “Better Together” campaign in the Scottish Referendum and Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s election in Canada.
Bryan has a long history of dedication to the Democratic and Progressive data and technology infrastructure, having served as the chief technology officer for the Democratic Party during President Obama’s re-election campaign and having founded the data and technology department at the Service Employees International Union.
Originally from Dayton, Ohio where he graduated from the University of Dayton, Bryan and his wife, Anne, split time between Washington D.C. and St. Paul, Minnesota.
