Senior Data Analyst
Chris Brill has a knack for looking at voter information, identifying trends and being able to use all the data he has culled to help political campaigns be more successful.
It all started in college at the University of New Mexico where he volunteered his time to work on city council campaigns. Upon graduation, Chris worked as a field organizer for Gov. Janet Napolitano’s re-election campaign. It was during that election season that Chris started specializing in data and the voter file and he has been doing a variation of that work ever since.
After working for Gov. Napolitano, Chris became the voter file director for the Arizona Democratic Party, then in 2010 moved onto the Democratic National Committee, first as a Data Acquisition Manager, and then as National Data Director, where he worked closely with the folks at TargetSmart. Following the 2012 election, he joined TargetSmart full time.
At TargetSmart, he provides clients with a wide range of data driven solutions and analyses, as well as providing strategic data management services. In addition to his work on TargetSmart’s strategic team he also heads up development of TargetSmart’s ElectionBase product, the largest, most dynamic and accurate geographic targeting dataset in the country.
Chris lives in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife and two children.
