Data Product Specialist
Colleen joined Target Smart in 2016 after building an impressive resume as a field organizer, working with data in Election Administration and eventually managing the voter file for the state of Wisconsin.
A resident of Green Bay, Wisconsin, she is a board member for her local League of Women Voters and was the 2016 Zabelle Malkasian Lecture speaker for the League’s state convention.
An occasional guest on the Green Bay area political podcast “Political Radar” Colleen has also begun volunteering on urban agricultural projects such as the Green Bay Garden Blitz, which installs raised garden beds at school, libraries and food pantries.
A graduate of both University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Colleen spends a lot of her time away from work tending to her garden and volunteering on local campaigns. She is very proud to have door knocked every month of the year in Wisconsin, including during the occasional snow storm.
Originally from rural Minnesota where she grew up on a sheep and goat farm, she lives with her husband Staush and her dog Abilene in an old farm house in Green Bay, spending many Sundays tailgating at Packers games.
