Victory Waves’ Petition Validator platform, powered by TargetSmart’s voter data, combines AI-powered document processing with voter file matching to turn stacks of hand-signed petition sheets into real-time signature validity tracking. The platform flags invalid, duplicate, and out-of-district signatures before they can jeopardize a candidate’s place on the ballot. Campaigns ranging from city council races to statewide contests have used Petition Validator to verify more than one million signatures across the country through web and mobile applications designed for the way field teams work.
