Washington, DC – Today, TargetSmart, the leading provider of political data for campaigns and advocacy organizations, announced that Albert Morales has joined the firm as Director, Sales – Services.
With more than two decades of experience advising progressive candidates and causes, Morales brings a data-driven interdisciplinary approach to TargetSmart.
Since TargetSmart was founded more than a decade ago and built the leading voter file for progressives, the company has grown into a full-service communications firm that pairs best-in-class data with a wide-range of campaign services, ranging from opinion research to analytics, public affairs and creative development for ad placement across platforms, like digital, mail, OTT and more.

Prior to joining TargetSmart, Morales served as Vice President for GQR, an opinion research company in Washington, D.C, where he offered his strategic insights to companies, organizations, and candidates across the country. Morales also previously served as Senior Political Director for Latino Decisions, Vice President of Government Affairs for the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Director of Hispanic Engagement for the Democratic National Committee and more.
